1. Initial consultation and exploring basic treatments before travel to surgery.
2. The day of the surgery was met with care, support and reassurance.
3. The professionalism of the staff involved is a credit to the NHS.
4. Due to the limited NHS resources I have a considerable distance to travel to attend appointments. This is a sad reality.

Over a period of time it took many visits to our local G.P. to recognized my husbands memory problems. When I again took my husband in June 2019 to another doctor in the practice he at once recognize my husband needed help, and referred him to Daventry Memory clinic. Following a brain scan he eventually saw Dr. Jod on 7th November and was told he has Alzheimer.
From then on his treatment has been very good. Sadly beforehand I feel a lot of time was wasted before he was correctly diagnosed, and maybe my husbands condition would not have deteriorated so much if his condition had been recognized sooner.
